Now I would start looking for local sponsors. Just understand that this is a business deal and no company is going to sponsor you unless they think it will financially benefit themselves.
Talk to smaller businesses like paintball / outdoors shops, or anywhere that you have a family tie with. They'll be more willing to hear you through and consider your request.
The most effective strategy I found is to make a quality video of your team in-action. If you've entered tournaments - Great, make sure the company knows that.
Be honest with them, and don't make statements like "we're going pro" or "we're the best team in the area." You want to sound motivated and excited for the opportunity to represent their company. Also, make sure to have realistic goals of what you hope to receive from them - you may have better luck asking for a service like "Free C02 Fills and Gun Cleaning" than money or free paintballs.
